DIFFERENCE between mini and regular session: Mini is good for up to (two) dogs or humans, and provides up to 20 poses for viewing. The regular session is good for (two+) dogs or humans and provides up to 40+ images to view. T

Additional Session and Ordering Info

WELCOME!!!

I know you have lots of questions and if they are not answered on here please feel free to reach out to me either by email or if you would rather chat you can reach me at the studio (909) 949-9117.

The way it works...

We book your date and time for your session and figure out what type of session works best for you and talk more about your sessions details. Once your images are taken it takes up to 2 weeks for the images to be ready for viewing and they are posted on an online gallery for 48hrs for you to view your images. I am here to help with your order on the phone or via email, whichever works best for you.

Once the images are posted online there is no rush as we know there are lots to look through and will fall in love with so they will be available to order for 30 days. If no order is placed within 30 days not to worry we will still have your images safe on our offsite backup, however, there will be a $50 re-archive fee for any orders that are less than $150 so we encourage you to place your order within the 30 days to avoid the extra charge. If no order is placed within 3 months images will be deleted to free up space on our backup.

Once you have chosen what you would like to order, Print Orders take 7-10 days, Gallery Wrap 3 weeks and Books/Albums 4-6 weeks.

Ultimately I can not wait for you to get your beautiful images in your home for you to enjoy so we try to provide the fastest turnaround time we can :)
