The way it works...
We book your date and time for your session and figure out what type of session works best for you and talk more about your sessions details. Once your images are taken it takes up to 2 weeks for the images to be ready for viewing and they are posted on an online gallery for 48hrs and we then make an appointment to have you either come into the studio to view your images on the big screen or can help with your order on the phone or via email, whichever works best for you.
Once the images are posted online there is no rush as we know there are lots to look through and will fall in love with so they will be available to order for 30 days. If no order is placed within the 30 days not to worry we will still have your images safe on our offsite backup, however, there will be a $50 re-archive fee for any print orders that are less than $250 so we encourage you to place your order within the 30 days to avoid the extra charge.
Once you have chosen what you would like to order, Print Orders take 7-10 days, Gallery Wrap 2-3 weeks and Books/Albums 4-6 weeks.
Ultimately we can not wait for you to get your beautiful images in your home for you to enjoy so we try to provide the fastest turn around time we can :)
